Medical Marijuana Dispensary seeks candidates for Full-Time Dispensary Retail Sales. The successful candidate will possess outstanding retail sales and customer service skills, a constant desire for self-improvement, enthusiasm, and accuracy/attention to detail. Main responsibilities include: interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone; and an ability to explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana to include methods of use; handling cash and debit card transactions and point of sale systems operations; and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.
Additional necessary skills include: Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in a positive and didactic manner; Excellent team player capable of working independently; Computer proficiency; Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm in periods of stress.
Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, and multi-tasking. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical, professional conduct with positive attitude. Must be dependable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy. Must be at least 21, have reliable transportation, and pass criminal background check. NO phone calls or in-person applications.
Schedule: Our dispensary is opened 6 days per week, mid-morning to early evening, so we offer a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is required.
