POSITION SUMMARY
Dispensary Receptionist/Admin (DRA) generally will be the first individual a patient, caregiver or visitor comes into contact with at Keystone Canna Remedies, and are essential team members. They will help a patient or caregiver start and finish their experience at a Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary. A DRA will not only verify a patient/caregiver’s Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana registration, they will help build patient files, schedule visits for patients and caregivers, and help guide them through their KCR experience. Each DRA will consistently contribute to a positive environment and professional atmosphere. These individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance. DRA will assist the dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within practical scope.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Candidates will be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary degree most desirable.
Experience : Prior experience working as a medical or administrative receptionist / assistant favorable.
Degrees, Licensure and/or Certification : Pass background check, including check with FBI;
Candidate has never been found guilty of felony offense or concerning misdemeanor offense (i.e. theft, diversion of drugs).
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities : Keystone Canna Remedies’ DRA will be friendly, compassionate, able to work successfully with patients/caregivers and positively represent Keystone Canna Remedies as well as the medical marijuana industry. These individuals will have strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. They will be able to work independently as well as with a team. DRA should have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of operation of telecommunication systems, including voicemail, call forwarding, etc. essential. Each DRA will serve as a consistent role model of professionalism, with high regard for ethical and moral behavior. Computer competency is a must, including exceptional keyboarding and internet navigation skills. Ability to speak and/or write in languages additional to English very favorable.
Familiarity with applicable Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana rules / regulations is essential.
CPR/BLS training - current certification accepted, or training completed within 6 months of hire.
PA Medical Marijuana course completed within 30 days of hire.
