We are a fast growing company in a booming industry looking for responsible, punctual, Quick-learning individual to add to our team! Someone that is an energetic retail associate and is able to maintain the best customer experience at all time through valued service and product knowledge.
You will be responsible for welcoming our patients, ensuring they are cared for and treating them with respect. Our Customer service team members evaluate the needs of our patients and offer advice depending on their needs, our variety of products and their effects. Ability to work in a group environment with ease.
Responsibilities: Greet every customer who enters the store with a smile · Demonstrate excellent customer service creating a welcoming environment · Give new customers a tour of the shop including where all the product is, what the intended use is for·· Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs · Communicate daily specials to customers · Stay educated on new and existing product knowledge · Keep display cases clean, ensuring all product is represented in display cases and is organized · Keep areas clear of all trash · Communicate to Managers when; Extra change is needed, or Barcodes are not scanning, or The last of a product has been sold, and Ask for help when needed (cumulating, discounts, etc) · Contribute to marketing communications · Act as an ambassador of the shop · Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude and verbal communications Requirements: Outstanding customer service and store products and effects .
You will be working with / around medicinal Marijuana, if you are not comfortable with that please need not apply.
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
Ability to take instruction easily = Listening Skills Familiarity with Social Media networking / operations is a PLUS. Must be 21 years of age.
