- Serve as primary point of contact for facility.
- Communication with company administrators regarding performance, issues, problems, challenges, opportunities, threats, etc.
- Manage METRC reporting/paperwork.
- Cash handling, performing daily cash management responsibilities per company policy; ensure cash is accurate.
- Secure and organize all patient files and provide weekly updates of patient volume, new patients, repeat patients, weekly sales volume, and percent sales volume of new vs. repeat patients, and other statistical reporting as assigned.
- Help team educate patients on medical marijuana medicinal properties and selection of proper genetics or products per the patient’s desired effect or per specific medical ailment.
- Manage and oversee daily inventory management via perpetual inventory system (POS) and ensure inventory is accurate.
- Assist State and Local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales, and compliance audits.
- Keeping up with compliance on the MED policies.
- Handle patient, caregiver, or customer complaints regarding retail experience or products purchased. Resolve when possible and elevate concerns / problems to Company administrators.
- Manage product recalls as they occur in coordination with Company administrators.
- Make sure that all operations of the store run smoothly.
- Scheduling & staffing
- Training of employees on policies, process, procedures, and roles.
- Serve as primary point of contact for staff-related Human Resource issues. Report staff-related HR issues to company administrators when unresolved.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement per strategic direction set by company administrators.
- Maintain high quality customer service and patient communication.
- Assist team members with sales encounters.
- Oversee facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including phone, utilities, technology, ect
- Make sure team members are organized and doing their job.
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
- Flow Hub experience
- Retail cannabis experience
- Strong retail, business, organizational, prioritization skills with attention to detail
