CommCan / Southborough is a medical marijuana dispensary authorized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Southborough to dispense cannabis and cannabis infused products to the the registered medical marijuana patients of Massachusetts. CommCan has all necessary approvals in place to open additional dispensaries in the towns of Mansfield and Millis. CommCan is entirely family owned and operated.
Job description: The Dispensary Manager (DM) has primary responsibility for all operations within the dispensary. The DM schedules and ensures that all shifts are covered, that all regulations are adhered to and that all patient concerns are addressed. The DM reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements: Extensive high volume retail sales and management experience. Ability to communicate effectively and foster an inclusive, hospitable and efficient work environment.
