Sierra Well is currently seeking candidates for Dispensary Loss Prevention/Security. Before applying please make sure that you meet ALL requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years of Loss Prevention in a retail environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age with no felony convictions.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in Reno or Carson City.
A basic to mid level knowledge of cannabis.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

You must be able to work on your feet for very long hours. Your training will include working in reception, inventory and even trimming in our cultivation facility. People with actual prior experience will be accelerated very quickly others will take approximately 90 to 180 days to train.

Position Summary
Security & Loss Prevention is a multifaceted role that is responsible for accuracy, consistency, and accountability for Dispensary compliance of inventory processes, internal security measures, cycle counts, employee SOP compliance for sales and checkout procedures. Will also be responsible for managing internal & external shrink and loss prevention procedures. Must also recognize and resolve discrepancies in MJ Freeway.
Security & Loss Prevention will work closely with Dispensary Managers and the Inventory Control team to maintain SOP security procedures, monitor and reduce operational errors. Must be able to understand employee theft patterns within a retail environment and be tech savvy.
