Recruiting
In partnership with the Director of HR at iAnthus (our parent company), you will develop recruitment strategies including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board placement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Specifically, you will:
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop college recruiting programs and other sources for talent as needed.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Ensure staffing managers have the training, tools, processes, measurements, feedback and assistance to meet their staffing needs.
- Ensure hiring practices meet all regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
- Develop and train best practices for hiring of candidates including cost effective strategies for job postings, selective use of recruiters, sourcing and recruiting talent and interview processes.
- Use applicant tracking system to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Internal HR
- Communicate and serve as key point of contact for benefit plan information.
- Ensure best practices are in place and utilized for new employee integration as well as introductory period employee reviews. Minimize any undesired attrition via effective sourcing and integration practices.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data. Develop specialized competitive intelligence as needed.
- Use hiring metrics to drive continuous improvements in the time and expense required to source new candidates.
Skills and Experience
- 3 – 5 years progressive experience in a high-growth organization
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR / SHRM-CP certification desirable
- Ability to positively influence team members across the organization
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with full life cycle of employee
- HRIS experience preferred
- Fluent with Microsoft Office 365
