Dispensary General Manager

Exciting opportunity for Experienced Dispensary General Manager

Looking for an experienced Dispensary General Manager to help establish and run a new local retail shop with on-line ordering and delivery. This is a ground up operation, location to be determined. Requirements include 4+ years of experience managing a cannabis dispensary with previous experience establishing new dispensary locations in Southern California. Must pass background check.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the opening of the dispensary, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, training staff, onboarding a POS system, as well as working closely with the executive team
• Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the dispensary team
• Implement dispensary policies and ensure staff follows best practices
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory
• Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with security, inventory and local and state regulations
