Summary:

Theory Wellness is a medical marijuana dispensary located in Bridgewater, Ma, and is excited to expand our team!

Theory’s General Assistant has a direct impact on the the flow and efficiency of the day to day operations and our ability to keep patient experience our top priority. We are looking for passionate, friendly individuals to staff our facility; Must have the ability to work within a fast paced startup environment and adapt to the changing needs of the company’s day to day.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:

• Facilitating Menu Updates (leafly/weedmaps/website etc.)
• Managing patient flow through intake areas during high traffic hours
• Organizing the retail space and packaging storage
• Assist in manage, receiving, and counting packaging
• Working with the intake staff to complete VG checks
• Marking menus as sold out/swapping pages
• Emergency supply runs
• All other duties as assigned by management

Compensation:

$14 per hour

Requirements:

2+ Years in retail or medical office experience

Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure

Strong software and computer skills

High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

At least 21 years of age

No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
