As a member of the Immersion Spa team at The water Club, the Dispensary Attendant will:
Assist therapists in obtaining supplies needed.
Assist in replenish customer amenities, clothing and towels and juice bar as necessary.
Perform daily general cleaning tasks in green room, dispensary, locker rooms and general spa areas.
Promote positive customer relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Maintain current knowledge of all spa programs and company information.
Responsible for creating worksheets and receivers for all spa invoices.
Creates files for general receiving worksheets.
Acts as a liaison between purchasing and inventory control regarding discrepancies.
Inputting of retail and professional spa product into Agilysys MMS System and Purchasing system.
Adjusting any quantity changes in accordance with the amount adjusted with Ware House/Receiving supervisor.
Keeping a record of all necessary documents such as Daily Receiving Log etc. processed at the Receiving Dock.
Maintaining current accurate procedure manuals.
Processing of all spa receivers and making sure that all process and quantity variances are correct before turning over paperwork for invoicing.
Performing special projects as needed.
Working with accounting to ensure all month-end inventories, adjustments and variances are recorded properly.
Monitor the inventory to cost effectively eliminate inactive items.
Monitor retail sales and ensure all areas are well-stocked.
Monitor usage and capacity of all spa facilities.
Issue supplies and product to Therapists.
Requisition supplies and Product from Agilysys MMS System.
Monitor product inventory.
Place all necessary orders to ensure product is available.
Monitor and adjust pars as appropriate.
Participate in monthly inventory and conduct other inventories as needed.
Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
Work diligently to support the “Borgata” culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
Comply with all departmental and Company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of all Borgata proprietary information.
Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication.
Resolve customer complaints in a manner which promotes positive customer relations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year experience working in service-related field, preferably in a luxury-oriented hotel or club facility.
College education preferred but not necessary.
Accounting experience preferred.
Strong PC skills required.
2 years experience with Stratton warren inventory system.
Good communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality is a must.
