- Sales Associate, Cashier, Shift Lead, Patient Education

Responsibilities:
- Daily retail operations, consulting with patients and assisting them through the education and sales process
- Ability to efficiently and quickly use the dispensary’s point of sale system and the state’s inventory tracking system
- Provide patient education on medical cannabis strains, genetics, and other finished products
- Provide patient education on cannabis products and methods of use
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment for patients and employees
- Honor patient confidentiality
- Other tasks necessary for successful dispensary operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail/sales environment required, 3 years or more preferred
- Positive references from previous employers
- Ability to listen and recognize patients’ needs
- Professional demeanor with reliable and timely attendance
- Must have high level of organization, patience, and flexibility
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid MD state ID
- Able to pass state mandated background checks/drug tests/finger printing
- Clean criminal record
- Must be able to lift, balance and carry 40 pounds. Also be able to stand for extended periods of time while helping patients
