We are looking to hire a few part-time Dispensary agents that our outgoing, involved in the community and connected to large groups of people. This person should have a wide array of hobbies and interests.
The days we are looking for are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The number of hours could range between 10-30 hours a week. This eventually could lead into a full-time role. The opportunity for career growth potential relies solely in what you put into it.

Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with suggestions of the Medical Cannabis products
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store
- Operate POS system with heavy cash transactions along with end of day reconciliation
- Stock and re-stock Cannabis products along with notifying when inventory is low
- Receiving, accepting and verifying Cannabis products from growers/processors
- Updating are instore menu along with Leafly and Weedmaps daily
- Weighing and packaging Cannabis products with precise accuracy
- Adhere to strict distribution processes while maintaining a professional and safe environment
- Comprehend Medical Cannabis State Laws with additional knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates of Arts Degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years in a Retail Environment with high volume of sales
- Being able to communicate to patients the properties of Cannabis on a detailed level
- Passion for the Cannabis industry
- Service 1st attitude with face to face customer relations experience
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
- Dispensary related experience a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Maryland Medical Cannabis card
- Fundamentals of Metrc software a big plus
- Valid Maryland Government Issued Identification Required
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
