Dispatcher/Sales Associate

At The Essence we currently have a position open for Dispatcher/Sales Associate. We are a Cannabis Delivery service for the LA/Long Beach area servicing recreational and medical patients. Our office is located in South LA.

All though a majority of this job is dispatching you will be required to be strong in sales, upselling and recommending products to customers. So actual Sales Experience is preferred and will have priority.

DUTIES/REQUIRMENTS

• Must be 21+ Years Old
• Take patient orders through phone or text message
• Dispatch drivers to various locations in assigned area
• Track and manage inventory during assigned shift
• Generate leads and reach out to new and existing patients
• Update and post on various social media sites
• Prospect and hand out flyers/promotional materials
• DISPENSARY/DELIVERY EXPERIANCE HUGE PLUS

• Computer literate (EXCEL, WORD, EMAIL)

• Strong presentation skills

• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills

• Can think and work independently

• Bilingual-English and Spanish Preferred.

• No felony convictions

• Strong negotiation skills to generate and close sales effectively
