Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

The Dispatcher is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to medical patients and adult users over the phone. The Dispatcher offers broad cannabis knowledge including but not limited to: consumption methods, health benefits, medical implications and impact, identifying and analyzing strains, remaining current regarding popular trends in the Cannabis Community as well as provides recommendations based on consumer needs. The Dispatcher will also be using a point of sale system to process orders, track and trace inventory, and reconcile end of the day data.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Intake medical and adult use orders
• Using a POS system to verify customer data, process transactions, and manage inventory
• Process orders into the dispatch system, verifying routes for drivers and navigating
• Print receipts, tracking manifests and UPC labels for products using the POS system
• Prepare cannabis products to be delivered to a predetermined destination
• Intake payment from delivery drivers for reconciliation
• Responsible for accurate reconciliation of cash drawers
• Occasionally provide Budtending/Reception support
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Required license or certification:

• [RECOMMENDED] California Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC Program)
