Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and dispatch orders
- Provide the universe's greatest customer service!
- Manage excel files, website, POS system and other related things on the computer.
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid California ID.
- Over 21 years old.
- MUST OWN computer/laptop. iPad too preferred.
- Any retail customer service experience.
- Must be comfortable with night and weekend shifts.
Skills REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE SKILL to multi-task at a high level
- MUST BE friendly and able to provide the greatest customer service ever known to human kind.
- The ability to make people feel good and happy.
- Focused. Punctual. Adaptable.
