/The Role/
Our official launch is coming up, and we are looking for an operations specialist to manage our supply chain and provide oversight into the financial health of the company through reports and analyses. As the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be a member of our launch team and help us shape the future of Goodness.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and building vendor relations to ensure products are in stock, orders are met and their needs are satisfied.
* Maintaining and building supplier relations to create a robust supply chain that effectively and efficiently moves product from seed to sale.
* Optimizing and innovating within the supply chain where possible - decreasing costs, minimizing risks and increasing efficiency.
* Evaluating SKU performance and providing insights into key findings.
* Analyzing and reporting on financial data - presenting key findings on critical business metrics.
* Managing budgeting, payroll and expense reporting.
* Establish SOP processes and ensure we execute on our planning processes.

The following should also describe you:
* Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, and finance.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills - a good grasp of Excel, with an ability to provide key insights into supply-chain and finance-related data.
* Entrepreneurial self-starter with a bias towards action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Effective communicator, and a person who does not shy away from expressing his/her opinion.
* Passionate about building relationships.
* Looking to work with a group of young, driven, curious and creative individuals, in a fun but hard-working work-environment.
* Continuously looks to optimize operational and financial processes beyond your job description.
*Experience in the cannabis industry is a huge plus.*
