Position Overview
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, primarily including online marketing tactics (Search, Remarketing/Retargeting, Affiliates, Email etc)
- Lead and optimize Paid Search
- Lead and drive SEO strategy and performance
- Lead social media strategy and performance with a focus on driving followers and engagement
- Optimize third party listings
- Drive email performance KPI’s focusing on increasing engagement and reducing churn, as well as developing a robust CRM strategy and program
- Drive innovation and testing
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience working in marketing with at least 1 year experience at the Director level or above
- Established track record of developing and executing successful online marketing programs a must
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Must be able to convey complex messages in clear, simple, relatable and convincing manner.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience managing team of direct reports
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent working experience acceptable.
