CannaTarget.com just expanded to a national level. We have the exclusive advertising and marketing contract for The Cannabis Consortium located at www.cannasphere.org where the trading of cannabis between the States Cannabis Licensees nationwide takes place. We have saved some founder shares and now are looking for one more partner. Ever wanted to be a partner and not just an employee? Here is your chance to step into the company thats slated to be the next billion dollar dot com. We are the Amazon of Cannabis. We are looking for the right Digital Director of Advertising to join the partners.

We spent the last 2.5 years developing this software. We presently have 1-CTO, 4 Full Stack developers, 2 Senior developers, and one front end UI developer and a Director of Sales, Director of Memberships, and CEO. We now are ready to diverse those last saved founder shares with the right candidate to take us to the next level. Our digital platform is built out, and now we would like to focus on building out the Advertising and Sales Department.

You will be responsible for developing ongoing projects and new projects as they are available

Title: Digital Director of Sales and Membership

Reports Directly to CEO.

Duties

  • Oversite and further development for ongoing projects
  • Creating advertising and Sales campaigns
  • Work with clients on digital specifications
  • Departmental budgets
  • Project Budgets,
  • Negotiating client contracts
  • Hiring advertising staff members
  • Train new staff members
  • Work with and train Interns
  • Weekly training/meeting with sales staff
  • Weekly individual meeting with sales staff
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • Weekly interdepartmental meetings

Work closely with advertising to accomplish sales and advertising quotas as well as quotas for your department.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business or other relevant field
  • Relevant experience in managing sales beginners and young professionals
  • Prior business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven management skills in coaching, motivating and promoting teamwork
  • Strategic planning experience
  • 10 years digital media advertising experience
  • Experience working with a publisher and digital advertising
  • Experience with boggers, and social media management

We are looking for the right Sales Executive with a background strong in digital advertising, digital sales, management, managing advertising executives and interns. You should feel confident to step in and set up these departments. You will be granted founder stock (not common stock) with voting rights at the Board of Directors meetings. We work remotely right now with the anticipation of an office within the next 60 days. We are a small but great team of people who recognize that Cannabis is the next big booming industry and plan to be a major player. We are a very flexible team and it is a pleasure everyday to be a part of this growing industry.

We anticipate you will need to work for 8-12 weeks for equity before we are able to start providing salaries and commission. This week is our first week of commerce. We hold the exclusive contract for all the marketing and advertising on CannaSphere.org - The Cannabis Consortium where the Cannabis Licensees do their product trading. A Good fit would be someone who is retired looking for a project or someone in between projects looking for a long term project where you will be more than just an employee or a contract, you will be a founder and owner.
