- Development Strategy: Follow a clear north-star vision and evolution roadmap for our B2B technology solution, platform and product. Design and build the SaaS technology infrastructure that integrates Best in Grow services and products to drive company revenue and growth.
- Project Responsibilities: Participate in code development, peer code review, user story development and refining, and documentation development.
- Team Responsibilities: Communicate clearly to the team leader and other team members about progress on individual development tasks. Work directly with the founder team during transition phases to consult on best practices and favored standards.
- Daily Responsibilities: In house communications via Slack and Trello, individual development tasks, participate in or lead daily scrum.
- Experience: 2+ years in software development and product management
- Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant areas.
- A strong portfolio of published products and projects.
- Advanced understanding level of PHP, Java and Python.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Willingness and ability to function well on high performing teams.
- Familiarity with multiple systems (Visual Studios, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Windows Server, Bitbucket, Jira, GitHub, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and standard G-Suite functionality
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience with development kits for Android and iOS is a plus.
