The Delivery Specialist will be primarily responsible for delivering products and patient servicing. The ideal candidate is self-directed and enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment, and should also be passionate about the cannabis industry and bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work. The company is approved by the Florida Department of Health and committed to responsible practices in the cultivation, production, and dispensing of natural cannabis medicine. It is the company’s goal to provide relief and enhance the quality of life for patients in need. Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Provides prompt, secure, and professional delivery services to patients
- Coordinates deliveries working with customer service team
- Responsible for researching, seeking out answers, resolving complaints, and reporting patient complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Works with customer service team to resolve product and service problems by clarifying the patient’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintains delivery vehicle
- Creates an environment of “Patients First” with excellent customer service and phone skills
- Can recognize, understand and respond to the needs of patients with ease and compassion
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), listening and empathizing
- Ability to efficiently plan routes

- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and rules & regulations or willingness to learn
- Performs basic vehicle checks and fluid levels
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass drug screening
- 1+ year customer service or security position experience
- Associate Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with BrioTrackTHC a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Excellent driving record
Compensation: $15-17/HR
