*Old Kai Logistics (OKL) Delivery Personnel ensure timely delivery and product orders to predetermined business accounts on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, close orders after delivery, load and unload trucks and provided exceptional customer service to our business accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review account drops.
- Accurately load and unload orders into van.
- Drive van to deliver product orders to OKL business accounts.
- Deliver samples product to business accounts.
- Maintain delivery records and collect signatures on our inventory management software
- Receive defects from business accounts and return to warehouse.
- Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts.
- Record sales and delivery information on delivery records.
- Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
- Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services
- Maintain delivery vehicles.
- Providing assistance to Supervisor when needed.
- Other duties as required.
Essential Functions:
- Operating and maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
- Delivering products orders to OKL business accounts.
- Maintaining records of all deliveries.
- Utilizing management software to accurately track orders.
- Recording details of deliveries.
- Collecting money and receipts from customers and receipts.
Non- Essential Functions:
- Resolving customer complaints.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by road.
- Aptitude in Sales Force/CloudMJ, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Google Calendar, Slack, and Gmail.
- Accurately count and handle money.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Drivers License.
- Clean driving record.
- Current California Cannabis Recommendation Card
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of driving, standing, bending, sitting and kneeling.
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional electronic use.
