We are currently recruiting for an experienced delivery driver to support our Southern California retail partners and warehouses. The delivery driver will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods, loading & unloading cargo from vehicles, route optimization, collecting payments and vehicle maintenance. You must possess exceptional customer support skills as you are representing Bloom Farms with every delivery.

The Delivery Driver responsibilities include :
Delivery of product to retail

Delivery between warehouse locations & various company events

Set-up and break down of trade shows and sales events

Route planning

Route optimization

Maintaining optimal condition for product while in transport, loading and unloading

Maintaining local & state compliance with health and safety requirements

Vehicle maintenance

Additional Requirements Include:
Provide exceptional customer service

Long hours, nights and/or weekends are common

Physical abilities such as heavy lifting, carrying and walking

Participating in company-wide events and community service activities

Support at trade shows as needed

Periodic training on products and industry-related information

Punctual and reliable

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
2 years Delivery Driver experience

Proficiency and/or willingness to learn software tools such as CRM, in-field sales software, expense tracking apps, route planning apps, google docs, social media apps, dropbox, etc.

Organizational and time-management skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Clean driving record

Commercial driver's license a plus
