Green Door West Delivery is looking for:
Full & Part Time Delivery Drivers who are motivated with a positive attitude, enjoy helping patients, and want to provide assistance in the growing Medical Cannabis Industry.
Our Mission Statement is to provide only the highest quality purely Organic, Vegan and Pesticide-free legal Medicinal Marijuana to qualified patients by accurately filling orders and swiftly delivering them with outstanding and professional customer service.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong work ethic and professional attitude, an extreme orientation to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Primary functions include: checking orders for accuracy, delivering orders within established time frame(s), and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly experience.
- Support business operations: maintain communication with office staff, ensure customers’ concerns/questions are answered accurately and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to manager when needed.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners, and staff.
- Take cash payments and make accurate change.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe manner.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Qualifications:
- Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays and/or events.
- Ability to adhere to highest customer service standards at all times.
- Ability to perceive and meet the needs of customers and staff without direction.
- Possess a valid driver’s license & clean driving record – specifically no more than one moving violation or at-fault non major accident in the last year and no more than 2 in the last three years, and no major violations in the last 5 years.
- Reliable vehicle (2008 or newer) with up-to-date automobile insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Applicant MUST be able to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to Safety Regulations.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ideally, you feel strongly about our industry, have some basic knowledge of the medicinal properties, and are willing to assist patients to best fit their needs.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation technology – Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, etc.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Professional driving: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
- Retail: 1 year
Compensation:
$20+/Hour! (Based on average payout to our drivers) *
* Pay rate is $10/hour and drivers keep all tips earned. Average payout to our drivers is $20+/hour
