General Job Description: The Transport & Retail Support is responsible for the safe, compliant, and professional delivery of our product to our retailers and being the liaison between Bang’s farm and the customers that purchase our product.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability to work a job that switches between highly active and sedentary depending on the work needed. Able to drive, sit, or stand up to 12 hours a day.
- Can lift up to 100 pounds.
- Can work in the elements – comfortable in severe heat and/or cold depending on the season, and dresses accordingly.
- Is flexible and able to work potentially weekend/holiday/long hours should they be required.
- Has reliable transportation in all seasons.
- Can be on time for all scheduled shifts. Obtains sufficient coverage for shift responsibilities if unable to perform them.

- Complete deliveries to retailers in a safe, compliant and professional manner. Communicates with retailers in a professional manner & representing Bang’s Cannabis Company’s best interests.
- Works with Operations Manager, Grow Manager and Ownership Team to manage work flow on a day to day basis, checks/completes appropriate work logs, asks questions and reports back on actions; Takes direction from supervisors and puts it into immediate action.
- Able to and comfortable with selling product to retailers and speaking to Bang’s Cannabis Company’s available products but ultimately sends information to Operations Manager.
- Manages own breaks with work load.
- Communicates clearly and professionally verbally and electronically with subordinates, peers, supervisors and clients.
- Comfortable filling in for any member of the supervisory or processing team. Able to help harvest and trim, make pre-rolls or complete orders if needed.
- Inventory Management – Completes log of Delivery Supplies and tools necessary for all orders on a weekly basis and reports to Operations Manager.
- Responsible for keeping up on all maintenance on delivery vehicle and daily cleaning.
- Fills out mileage log upon every departure and return.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.50 to $12.50 /hour
