Delivery Driver

We're seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver the highest level of customer service in the licensed dispensary industry.

Company Summary:
March and Ash is a customer-focused cannabis establishment that believes everyone deserves a comfortable and confident cannabis experience. We will be opening our doors to the public this fall and will be selecting skilled, enthusiastic, and team-oriented applicants that bring a customer-first approach to the role of Delivery Driver in August.

We value past experience in the cannabis industry, or alternatively in medical, hospitality, or retail industries. Management in similar customer-centric industries is also acceptable. As a new business, we’re excited to offer great growth potential within the company and invite those who truly want to flourish within the cannabis industry to join our team.

Description:
March and Ash aims to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. A Delivery Driver will be tasked with order fulfillment and delivery of orders within the allotted delivery time.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Actively educate yourself about the cannabis industry
• Stay up to date on all of the company's special deals, sales, and promotions
• Give each customer and delivery your full attention
• Maintain proper cash handling procedure at all times
• Delivery of orders within allotted delivery times
• Punctual and consistent shift attendance

Qualifications:

• 21 Years or older
• You are required to have a valid California Driver’s license and a clean driving record
• You are required to be on the insurance for the vehicle used
• Experience using point-of-sale systems
• Must pass San Diego Police Dept. and Live Scan background checks
• Ability to maintain professional decorum in a high-pressure environment
• Proficient math comprehension and recall
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Experience:

• Delivery Driver: 1 Year, and/or
• Customer Service: 3 Years

Education:

• High School or equivalent GED

Compensation:
$ 14 -16$ / Hour + Mileage
