What we're looking for:
We are looking for a customer service professional with driving experience to represent our company on the front lines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys driving, and is comfortable working in a variety of business settings.
Responsibilities:
- Picking up daily deliveries from a centralized location
- Verify all deliveries in their possession match their assigned route for the day
- Reach out to both the Brand Managers and Clients who will be receiving deliveries and provide an accurate ETA for delivery
- When making deliveries to Brand Managers all items must be accounted for and transfer log signed off on
- When making deliveries to clients all items must be accounted for
- Payment must be counted as soon as it's collected
- After final delivery, all payments must be logged on the daily cash drop sheet and reported to accounting
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- MMJ Recommendation (or willing to apply within 30 days)
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience
- Reimbursement of .35 cents per mile
