JOB SUMMARY


Cresco Labs is seeking a Contract Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team in Joliet, IL. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting operations data from various sources in to proper files and formats. Our ideal candidate must be computer savvy with a high attention to detail. This will be a 6-month contract with possibility of extension.


CORE JOB DUTIES


  • Transfer data from all departments (cultivation, processing, packaging, testing) from digital files and paper logs into proper files and formats
  • Verifying entries and comparing reports to ensure that calculations are accurate
  • Review and resolve data discrepancies
  • Type in data received directly from departments
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Update and add to existing data and files
  • Retrieve data from the database (BioTrack, MJ Freeway, etc..) or electronic files as requested
  • Preform regular backups to ensure data collected is preserved
  • Sort and organize paperwork and files as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in data entry
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required
  • Enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced environment
  • Can handle confidential information

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

  • No criminal history
