This positing will be used to fill three short-term temporary positions to provide assistance to the Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC) Support Center and Patient Registry. The positions are expected to start as soon as possible and end approximately November 30, 2018.
Responsibilities include:
Lead work skills to include assigning work, conducting training and reviewing work processes.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous customer service experience.
Bilingual skills.
Background in, and understanding of, Minnesota public health systems.
Advanced experience using SharePoint and Excel computer programs.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Experience in executing multiple tasks and activities.
Demonstrated ability to handle large volume of calls, administer questionnaires, and follow phone scripts.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain and organize data generated in conversation.
Works well under pressure (ability to handle high paced environment and can deal with difficult situations and people).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Additional RequirementsMust successfully pass a background check.
