One of our product lines, INTEGRA BOOST Humidiccant, uses patent pending technology that releases or absorbs moisture, maintaining the relative humidity in a contained environment for cannabis and cigars. Our other product line is desiccants. Desiccants induce dryness in any environment and reduce the amount of moisture present in air. Desiccants come in various forms and have found widespread use in the food, pharmaceuticals, packing, electronics and many manufacturing industries. Through this product line we have formed lasting relationships by working in partnership with our customers and suppliers. To keep up with our growing customer base, in early 2019 our Customer Support services will be relocating to a beautiful new facility in Southwest Las Vegas. We are looking for high achievers to join our team now to train and learn our industry and products, then transition from Reno to Las Vegas.
The successful candidates will service our customers in the form of processing re-orders and new orders, assisting in customer needs, inquiries and complaints. Striving to keep excellent customer satisfaction must be at the core of every decision and behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1+ years customer support experience preferably related to industrial products.
Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with a track record of exceptional attendance and phone etiquette.
Professional writing, email, phone and organization skills, including strong verbal communication and computer skills.
Familiarity with Mocla or similar software systems and practices
*Only those candidates committing to at least 2 years of service will be considered.
Starting Compensation: $13-15 Hourly DOE, and paid Holidays
At three months of service:
Medical/Dental and Life Insurance at no cost for employee only coverage. Spouse/dependent medical coverage, and Vision is available on a co-payment basis. You may also participate in our 401k through John Hancock at this time. You will also receive 2 Sick and 2 Vacation Days.
At six months of service:
$500 signing bonus.
For you move to Las Vegas:
We are not offering relocation expenses, but we will pay your hourly rate for 2 days for your time to move from Reno to Las Vegas.
One month after transfer to Las Vegas:
$1000 bonus, and 5 additional Sick and Vacation Days.
At two years of service:
Another $500 bonus. And you will also receive 10 Vacation and 5 Sick Days annually through year 4. There will be additional Vacation Days at 5 years of service based on our established benefits schedule.
