Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Experience with customer support, preferably related to cloud-based software
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Experience in the cannabis industry at cultivation, manufacturing or distribution operation is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented
