IndicaOnline, the leading Point of Sale provider for cannabis businesses is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager in the Los Angeles area. Our product helps cannabis business to optimize their daily operations and utilize the latest trends in the industry.
As a customer success manager, you will learn IndicaOnline’s software and become a product expert. You will stay in contact with our clients and ensure that they’re using IndicaOnline products to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide top-class customer experience
-Oversee lifecycle processes, user adoption, retention and overall customer success
-Analyze and develop the best practices based on customer insights and help building support articles
-Work with sales and marketing teams to increase renewal ratings and upselling
-Create and collect customer feedback and work with our product development team to develop better practices
-Provide clients with thorough training of IndicaOnline’s software and ensure that accounts are fully operational
-Develop success campaigns using adoption and retention metrics to anticipate customer needs
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant Customer Success experience building client relationships or customer management for a tech company
-Strong knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends
-Business knowledge, strong critical thinking and analysis skills
-Perfect communication skills with people at all levels of organization
-Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
-Be customer focused
-Excellent writing skills
Good to know:
-Familiar with CRM, Zendesk, Jira, Apple iOS and Google Drive
-Sales and marketing savvy
