We are looking for talented, driven and proactive Customer Success Managers and Software Implementation Specialists to join our team and help onboard a pipeline of customers that is growing every day. TheCustomer Success Associatewill have massive growth potential and is responsible for supporting the clients and Customer Success org. You will be in new dispensaries on a weekly basis, and your job will be to learn how they operate and successfully move them on to the Treez platform.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand each dispensary and their unique needs to deliver successful software implementations
- Train staff on how to successfully navigate the Treez platform
- Own and iterate on the deployment & customer onboarding experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience, preferably with a technology company
- Comfort in a fast-paced early-stage tech startup environment
- Proactive can-do attitude and self-reliance
- Strong internal and client-facing communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
