DOPE is looking for a skilled & driven Customer Success Specialist. Your role is front facing, dealing directly with customers. You will manage accounts, routing, processing payments, and overall triage.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Best meet customer needs by applying company policies and procedures.
2. Manage phone calls re: wholesale issues and questions.
3. Account management via Apparel Magic, Brandboom, and others.
4. Tracking customer records, maintaining accuracy.
5. Serve as a liaison between our clients and internal business operation.
6. Work with department to formulate success strategies
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
Education/Training:
Customer Service experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Strong familiarity with Brandboom, Apparel Magic, and shipping portals.
Microsoft Office, Apple platforms, and G-suite.
