Key Customer Service Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Representative; Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and interacting with each customer in a cheerful and friendly matter. Remain in line with our family friendly policy, provide only valid and reliable information, resonate professionalism, and provide patient support. Stay up to date with product knowledge and medicinal information updates in order to pass the information to patients. Maintain proper inventory on store shelves, as needed.
Cash Drawer:
* Responsible for accurate transactions and accuracy of drawer count at end of day
General Housekeeping:
* Sweep
* Clean bathrooms in Suite A and Suite D
* Clean windows and front door glass
* Maintain a clean sales floor by dusting and washing the work areas
Computer Responsibilities:
* BioTrack for sales transactions, patient lookup information, hold, returns/exchanges
* Internet to access sharepoint.com to make daily menus, bigcommerce.com to access online orders, and other websites to lookup information about cannabis or the NMMCP program.
