Job Summary

This position entails working with clients (both dispensary and non-dispensary) to ensure a positive experience when working with MCR Labs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in overall cannabis knowledge, state testing regulations, technical laboratory procedures, and be very customer friendly. The customer service representative might be the only person that a client interacts with, and as such should represent the company in a positive and upbeat manner.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Working with other customer service representatives to perform sample intakes, organizing samples and checking them into the system, along with typical customer service tasks such as answering client questions and addressing any issues they might have.

Primary Goal

To make sure that every client, regardless of who they are, receives the highest level of care, professionalism, and attention that we can possibly provide.

About You

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Personable and friendly, easily establishing rapport with new customers and welcoming back familiar faces
  • Ensure client requests are taken care of in a timely manner, whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Trustworthy with keen attention to detail in helping to manage and maintain samples database
  • Ability to provide quotes offhand for testing and services
  • Self-directed and willing to jump in and assist coworkers as needed
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling a growing customer base
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive app suite
  • Have a smartphone that can operate scanning function
  • Willing and able to pass background check
  • Willingness to work and learn
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Desire to learn about product and industry
