Summary
Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Must be articulate; have a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Working knowledge of medical and retail marijuana.
Responds efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Assists in the front lobby area when needed.
Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
