Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service
- Minimum 5 years experience in call center and email center
- Minimum 1 year experience with a CRM platform
- Experience in online sales and eCommerce preferred
- Experience with POS and inventory control systems
- Minimal cannabis knowledge is preferred
- Transportation to work is required. Being prompt is imperative to our workflow
- Google Drive/Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is a must
Responsibilities:
- On demand customer service via Phone, Email, Chat, and Text
- Driver logistics via our driver navigation platform
- Inventory control via our ERP/POS system
- Product knowledge to help customers choose the best options for them!
- Other office and operations duties
