Job Description:

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a professional individual that will succeed in a competitive market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships assess needs and sell the appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities:
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Advise on company information.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and skillful in Microsoft Office Programs.
Positive / Ambitious Individuals.
Ability to Work Well Independently and In A Team.
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast paced contact center environment.
Skilled working with dual monitors and multi-line phone systems.
Strong typing and accurate data entry skills required.
Self-starter with proof of a strong work ethic and energetic personality.
