Job Description:

Cannabis Custom Pack LTD is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to answer general inquiries, resolves issues, and handle customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Receive customer requests by telephone, facsimile, or email; analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who best can provide the information, and route the request to the proper person.
Communicate product/customer issues to affected department in a timely manner.
Analyze transactions and correct records.
Provide assistance to customers with technical questions.
Trace status of orders.
Maintain liaison with other departments for order completion.
Stay up-to-date on product lines, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
Contact customers to obtain omitted data and clarify orders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
Ability to speak over the telephone with a pleasant telephone voice/manner.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to operate simple office equipment.
Ability to compose professional correspondence.
Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
Strong communication skills.
