This role will be located in our Los Angeles, CA office, and as such we are only considering local candidates at this time. We are a fluid and flexible office. We are looking for someone good-spirited and team-oriented to mix with our company culture. This hands-on position would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a casual, but fast paced, environment.

About You :
You are the first person that our customers contact when they have an issue. The speed, the technical accuracy and the respect you share with the community every day is at the core of whether a prospect chooses to be a Puffco advocate. You play a major role because Puffco is a deeply authentic brand that aims to differentiate by the high quality of each customer interaction. You come with high standards of social posting etiquette and have direct examples of how to resonate a great brand online.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Monitoring comments, and assisting in taking care of all correspondence/direct messages with customers through all of Puffco’s social media outlets (Instagram / Facebook / Twitter / YouTube / Reddit etc).

Basic product troubleshooting

Processing warranty requests with customer follow up.

Aiding our marketing team w/ any social media contests or giveaways that Puffco is promoting.

Provide exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Desired Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in customer service, customer support.

Experience providing support via social media networks preferred.

Strategic - able to analyse situations and see the big picture.

Intelligent - bright and used to overachieving/over-delivering.

Proficiency in using a wide variety of social media platforms and tools, with an understanding of its impact on brand.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for details.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in using Google sheets, docs etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
History of building and managing client relationships.

Experience with managing online communities and interacting with clients publicly.

Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight.

Appreciation and enthusiasm for cannabis culture.
