This position will entail providing great support to our network of stores and customers which may include:
- Present and introduce our products to new and existing customers
- Reach agreed upon call targets
- Responding to customer support inquiries
- Marketing Initiatives to our customer surveys
The right candidate will:
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
- Have an interest in health wellness, CBD, cannabis
- Attention to detail and strong service communication skills
