Craft Concentrates is looking for a new Customer Engagement and Social Media Strategist. Customer Engagement and Social Media Strategist is instrumental in the company’s social media presence and making Craft Concentrates one of the leaders in digital/social space. We are looking for an experienced individual with style and great direction that can propel our brand ahead in a competitive marketplace. Individual must be creative, motivated and passionate to join our social media team. Looking for an individual that aligns our brand identity, philosophies, and growth. One to two years of professional brand management or social media experience required.
Content Duties (not limited to):
- Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Content Curation of regular material and content.
- Develop Strategy aligned with brand identity and focus.
- Marketing campaigns focused around market growth, product sales, and brand identity.
- Capture and edit high quality images.
- Enhance customer partnership through vendor interaction and cooperation.
- Control and manage partner relations with content and product drops on Instagram stories.
- Manage calendar for promotion events and marketing campaigns in coordination with partners.
- Creation of Social Media Marketing Plan:
- Brand Development.
- Identify target demographics.
- Set Clear Objectives.

Essential Duties
- Control social media marketing campaigns.
- Over-see design (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Follow brand philosophies and identity.
- Coordinate with marketing department and vendor partners.
- Create, Curate and manage published content.
- Create copy that is consistent with brands “voice”.
- Develop and Expand community and/or influence outreach efforts.
- Analyze key metrics, generate reports, and respond accordingly.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, design, channels, and strategy.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years social media management & content creation experience.
- Photography and editing skills that translate to different social channels.
- Marketing degree welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates creativity, style and documented immersion in social media.
- Analytic experience a plus.
- Ability to jump from creative side of marketing to analytic side.
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Great communication and superior time management
- Makes evident good technical understanding and learn new skills quickly
