Mayflower is one of the few license holders in Massachusetts and as such we are uniquely positioned for market leadership. We have invested in a fully integrated 36,000sf state of the art cultivation / extraction facility to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and quality of our products. In addition, we will soon be opening one of only 3 licensed dispensaries in Boston.

We are currently looking for a Customer Delivery Coordinator to take orders and educate our patients as well as working with the delivery team to ensure efficient delivery schedules. This position will be located at our facility in Holliston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume call center setting. Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones in a friendly, supportive manner
  • Experience with point of sale platforms and route management software
  • Provides Patient/Customer Service:
  • Advises patients/customers on inventory availability
  • Process all home delivery orders by phone or from a web based platform
  • Validates patient/customer program ID and/or state ID
  • Utilizes Virtual Gateway to validate patient product allocation
  • Enters patient/customer profile to MMI system and maintaining a patient/customer log
  • Communicates delivery times to patient/customer, as per posted delivery schedule
  • Able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions to respective department managers
  • Operate daily as both a patient and company advocate
  • Active knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Department on fulfillment of home delivery orders
  • Coordinate with Couriers/Patients/Customers during scheduled deliveries and facilitates communication
  • Participates in quarterly RMD team meetings
  • Follows DPH regulations and policies

Training and Development:

  • Train on Viridian Sciences, POS, route management software and DPH Virtual Gateway system
  • Trains on patient services, including patient intake/enrollment
  • Remain current on product availability and proper dosage for all products offered
  • Review patient educational materials on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Must pass a comprehensive background check
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
