greenRush is modern Cannabis eCommerce. The greenRush.com platform provides consumers with access to thousands of Cannabis products across hundreds of dispensaries and cities.

We’re looking for high achievers determined to join the booming cannabis industry; candidate must have a genuine passion for all things cannabis.

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between greenRush and its dispensary partners and customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively deciphering customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Striving to keep excellent customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

NOTE: We are specifically looking for someone to work from the Mountain Standard Timezone (MST) to provide additional coverage for our Customer Care team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal/team targets

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1+ years customer service experience

6+ months of experience as a Customer Support Representative with 3+ months experience with inbound/outbound calls

Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required

Experience working in a very fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking required

Ability to work independently and efficiently with a track record of exceptional attendance and phone etiquette

Professional writing, email, phone and organization skills, including strong verbal communication and computer skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Team player, trustworthy, self-motivated and proactive
