Job Description:

This full-time role allocates time between administrative support for three departments: sales team, customer service and accounting functions. This role supports two divisions, PBFY Flexible Packaging (Food/Coffee/Tea Packaging) and Green Rush Packaging (Cannabis Packaging). Both brands serve very high demand industries with considerable room for growth.

This position is entry level - it would be best suited for someone who can wear many hats, has a background in an administrative role and is interested in gaining more experience in several different departmental functions.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative takes to include; filing, record keeping, printing/assembly of SOPs (standard operating procedures), etc.
  • Support overflow of sales functions include; order entry (emergency support orders and backing-up out of office sales team order entry needs)
  • Support outside sales account executive with order entry, inventory levels, custom production facilitation, etc.
  • Collection and processing of all trade show lead entry needs
  • Support overflow of custom production scheduling needs
  • Support overflow of RMA (return merchandise authorization) process through customer correspondence and internal RMA procedures
  • Support overflow of incoming lead entry/distribution and sample requestfulfillment
  • Support overflow of online order processing and auditing
  • Provide incoming phone coverage for customer service team as needed
  • Maintains a timely and appropriate response to customer calls or emails
  • Reports directly to Customer Service Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ Year Administrative Role
  • Experience utilizing a CRM or ERP Software
  • Positive demeanor and ability to adapt to different personality types
  • A good cultural fit aligned with our company wide core values and dedication to lifelong learning

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Macola / E-Synergy
  • Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce
  • Experience with HelpScout
