If this sounds right up your alley, you may be interested in becoming our newest Designer in the fastest growing division of News & Review (N&R). The N&R Publications Department produces a wide range of 4- to 16-page custom publications, which tell the story of an organization through profiles that illustrate its mission. The purpose is to move the readers to action. Our clients are primarily nonprofits, service organizations, and government agencies. A sampling can be seen at www.nrpubs.com. N&R has produced over 300 custom publications that are handed out, inserted into newspapers, and used in various forms of social media.
The Custom Publications Designer functions as a member of the Design Team, which is responsible for creative solutions for editorial, marketing, corporate and sales challenges. This position is responsible for the design, production and finalizing of unique client publications for N&R. Additional responsibilities include filing and archiving files as well as assisting with all material scanning. This position will also assist with advertising and editorial design, as needed.

We have historically provided members of the cannabis business and adult business communities opportunities to advertise, as well as private parties seeking relationships through the personals. A great deal of this advertising is handled through our classified department. As an employee of News & Review, you may observe transactions involving cannabis products and services, and personal or adult advertisers. These transactions may include suggestive or sexual visual material, and suggestive or sexual information being relayed over the telephone or by email. Additionally, the editorial content of our newspaper is often edgy and sometimes controversial.
