Lau Ola, LLC is one of Hawaii's eight medical cannabis licensees located on Big Island. We are seeking dependable, honest and motivated individuals to join our team to support operations in Pepe'ekeo.

The Custodian is responsible for aiding the Facilities Director in mantaining the clean and orderly operation of the CUltivation Facility. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent time management skills and is able to maintain a regular schedule of custodial duties. The candidate mst be able t o operate basic machinery needed for cleaning duties such as a pressure washer or incinerator. Also, this position will require the regular monitoring and jrestocking of supplies needed to maintain clean-room protocols within the facility such as clcean suits, cleaning agents and other protective wear.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or over (Hawaii State Law)
• Valid Hawaii State Driver's License
• 2 Positive Professionalreferences
• Must pass criminal background check, including fingerprinting as required by Hawaii State

Qualifications Include:

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior maintenance or repair experience desired
• Organized and energetic
• Strong attention to detail and abilit to maintain regularyly scheduled duties
• Able to work flexible hours, must be able to work with minimal or no supervisio
• Hones, trust worthy and dependable

Working Conditions:

Individual must be able to thrive in a fast paced, highly stressful business environment. Indoor and outdoor work requireed, potentially impacted by weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Individual must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
