Responsible for daily plant care and maintenance duties.
Must help keep all plants in optimal health, form, shape and watered at all times.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of entire grow facilities at all times (in use and not in use).
Responsible for making sure all grow and cultivation or building tools and equipment are cleaned, organized, and put away when not in use.
Responsible for doing daily/weekly/bi-weekly cultivation, maintenance, and sanitation charts.
Must keep all water supplies such as filters, reservoirs, hoses, or fittings clean or up to state and company standards at all times.
Must provide constant observation of plant growth and health.
Responsible for making sure all pumps and irrigation/watering tools and equipment are up to standards at all times.
Must communicate directly with Director of Cultivation and Processing, Cultivation Manager, Cultivation Technicians, Nutrient Specialist, and Cultivation Maintenance Crew for day to day operations regarding any and all cannabis plants or by products.
Must de-foliate, bottom trim, prune, top, and shape all plants in vegetative and flowering stages for optimal plant growth.
If available must help trim/harvest team on harvest days and with trimming.
Responsible for helping all Cultivation teams track any and all phenotypes and genetics.
Comply with sanitation and employee workplace policies for entire warehouse. (trash, restrooms etc.)
Comply with the state policy and regulations.
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Supports the Director of Cultivation in various ways such as planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants.
