Revolutionary Clinics' Cultivators work as a team to ensure optimum growth, appearance and health of our premium-quality marijuana plants. Communication skills, organization, attention to safety, detail and time management are critical to the success of the cultivation and to the continued success of Revolutionary Clinics.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform irrigation and growing operations
- Assist in the development, management and implementation of integrated pest management, (IPM), while adhering to sanitation, cultural, and general growing protocols
- Apply bio-pesticides and biologicals as required for maintaining crop health
- Perform all phases of plant production while ensuring proper planting depth, irrigation, labelling, plant grooming, harvesting and documentation
- Monitor plant development to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease
- Assist with minor irrigation repairs and preventive maintenance
- Assist in the smooth transition of new plants/production into grow pods and ensure immediate needs are met on all new production
- Maintain cultivation records and inventory of needs
- Apply testing and disease prevention techniques.
- Assist with harvesting, trimming, packaging, receiving and other tasks as needed
- Work all shifts and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must remain in compliance with all local, state, federal and internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Must consent to and successfully pass a background/CORI check
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to climb, squat, bend, twist and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner
- Detail oriented, high degree of flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation
- Prior cannabis and cultivation experience preferred (not required)
