NETA (New England Treatment Access), a Medical Marijuana dispensary,
is seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Cultivation Team Member for our Franklin, MA facility

- Landscaping
- Groundskeeper
- Kitchen, line cooks or hospitality
- Plant cultivation, greenhouses, nurseries, farms, maintenance
- Detailed construction, plumbing, sprinkler systems and other labor related experience
Duties: You'll assist in the growing and cultivation of medical marijuana. Daily tasks will include cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, flushing, and inventory management. This is a very “hands on” role in all aspects of the cultivation process.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least Age 21 or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
- Ability to focus and be task oriented
- Be organized and have strong attention to detail
Physical capability: Requires the ability to stand for 8 hours per day and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and 100 lbs. assisted.
Schedule: 4 day 10hr/day rotating schedule
